Jonadel Tarrayo, Junior Sous Chef & Staffing Coordinator, Daniel et Daniel
Jonadel Tarrayo is a Junior Sous Chef at Daniel et Daniel Catering & Events in Toronto, Canada. Her primary responsibilities are staffing the culinary team to the events, expediting orders out of the hot kitchen department, and contributing to production. She is one of the organizational keys to the Daniel et Daniel operation, matching event requirements with the team’s culinary strengths and cross-checking the production details so that everyone has the opportunity and materials to do their best work.
Throughout her tenure at Daniel et Daniel, she has risen to the challenges of the job and the industry. Jonadel has grown in her role to contribute to the Daniel et Daniel menu development team and drives the execution of new product through our kitchen teams. Collaborative, energetic, good-natured, and with a strong sense of standard, Jonadel has been working backstage pumping out audience samples at Art of Catering Food for multiple stints and is now taking the stage for the first time.
