Jeremy Langemann, Executive Chef, Bingemans Catering
Executive Chef Jeremy Langemann has over 28 years of professional experience in the food service industry. Chef holds Certified Chef de Cuisine status, as well as an Honors Certificate in Adult Education. Chef’s experience started as an apprentice with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts at the storied Banff Springs Hotel, he held many progressive positions throughout Canada and the USA with Fairmont. After Banff he relocated to the Jasper Park Lodge, Fairmont Washington DC, Copley Plaza Boston, Royal York Hotel in Toronto, Palliser Hotel in Calgary, and the Fairmont Hotel in Winnipeg. While in Winnipeg, Chef spent four years teaching Culinary Arts at Red River College Polytech, as well as he led the culinary team as Executive Chef at the prestigious St. Charles Country Club before relocating to the Kitchener/Waterloo region in Cambridge Ontario where he is now at the helm of the culinary operations of the region’s largest catering and amusements company, Bingemans. Chef is an avid beekeeper, and forager, he has a wife (Shayna), and two daughters, Ava (13), and Bethan (9). Chef is a first time presenter for the Art of Catering Food show and is very excited to network, answer questions, and share stories with everyone.
