Aj Harris, Executive Chef of Dish Food and Events located in New York City. Graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. Started his career in Michelin Restaurants and 5 Star hotels in NYC. Aj's style of innovative food would best be described as fresh, seasonal New American cuisine which has been influenced by working with Chefs like Michael Anthong, John Fraser and Nahid Ahmed. His transition from restaurants to catering was a path provided by the pandemic and led AJ to pursue private events and later become the Executive Chef of DIsh Food and Events.
