Lunch & Learn: Hot Time, Summer in the City!
Are you feelin' hot, hot, hot? Well, so are your clients in the summer months! The goal of this lunch is to embrace the heat of summer and show how caterers can accomplish delicious meals that are cool, refreshing, and fulfilling—but most importantly, that the temperature of the meal is safe for all guests. Executive Chef Charles Haracz from our host, Blue Plate Chicago, will introduce this lunch with a little amuse bouche to whet your appetite.
