Plating quickly, efficiently—and beautifully—is key in catering. The four-stack method isn't new, but it's surprising how many catering companies still don't employ (or know of) this time-tested technique. Chefs Jason and Jay will demonstrate, ask for volunteers from the audience, a race to the finish will ensue—and then lunch is served!
Note: A meat/gluten free or vegan/gluten free entree option will be offered. Salads are vegan/gluten free; desserts are choice of vegan/gluten free or vegetarian/gluten free.
