This discussion is centered around how principles of elite sports nutrition can translate into catering kitchens and event spaces. Drawing on the experience of Chef Robert Wood, who has spent more than a decade feeding professional athletes from all the major sports leagues starting in the NHL and expanding to NBA, MLB, MLS and NFL.
