Hey there! I'm thrilled to share a bit about my culinary journey, which has been a fantastic ride spanning over five decades. It all kicked off back in 1981 at Monroe Community College, where I laid the foundation for my culinary skills.
Fast forward to today, and I've got over 50 years of industry experience under my belt. For the past six years, I've had the pleasure of contributing my talents to Partyman Catering as a Production Sous Chef.
Throughout my career, I've become a pro at maintaining precision and upholding quality even in the heat of challenging, high-pressure situations. What keeps me going?
